STACEY CASEY
Confused? Lonely? Anxious? Aggravated? Anti- Social? Unfulfilled? Hurting? Tired?
All of the above? I hear you, and at one point or another, I was all of the above too.
Do you feel like something is missing in your life? Do you wonder if there is something else out there that can fulfill your dreams or desires?
In my life, I've strived to be myself, and do what I want to do. Some would call me stubborn; I call it just being me. But along the way to 40ish, I have felt all the feels and then some, but a few years ago I began to change my lifestyle to one that focused on a more natural way of life. I changed bad habits to good habits and focused on a more natural way to support my wellness. I began with educating myself, which in turn got me excited to inform and share with others. One thing that I thought would never impact an introverted rebel like me was the community I found through my journey. Through my journey I've met some fantastic, caring, giving people who make me want to do the same. I've opened my mind and grown in immeasurable ways as I've opened my heart to this tribe of men and women.
